Tiana Bunnell-Mumford is the founder of Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions, a division of Creative Minds Work Publications, LLC. She is an award-winning healthcare educator, speaker, mentor, author, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience preparing people for life's critical moments.

Teaching has been the common thread throughout Tiana's career. Whether serving patients in healthcare, mentoring future professionals, educating children, or leading community programs, she believes that meaningful education has the power to build confidence, strengthen communities, and change lives.

In recognition of her excellence in teaching and dedication to student success, Tiana received the 2026 NISOD Excellence Award, a national honor recognizing her commitment to education, mentorship, and student success.

She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Her healthcare experience includes serving in hospital, clinic, and community healthcare settings, including Community Health Network, IU Health, and Ascension St. Vincent. These experiences, combined with her background in education and communication, have shaped her ability to make complex healthcare topics practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Today, Tiana serves as an adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, where she mentors future healthcare professionals. Her passion for education extends far beyond the college classroom. She taught Children's Church for 18 years, served as a substitute teacher, and continues to mentor high school students, college students, and aspiring entrepreneurs while developing educational programs for children, teens, adults, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions was born from Tiana’s passion for teaching and her belief that preparation should extend beyond certification. Through practical training, safety education, healthcare advocacy, compliance solutions, community partnerships, and professional mobile notary services, she is committed to helping individuals and organizations feel informed, prepared, and supported before life’s critical moments occur.

She plans to continue expanding her educational foundation by pursuing a master's degree in Education, reflecting her lifelong commitment to learning, teaching, and professional growth.
