Please Note: All class registrations require full payment at the time of booking. Your seat is not secured until payment is received.

1. No Liability for Training

Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions (CMHCS) provides training programs for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the training will be effective or suitable for all individual needs or emergency situations.

2. No Professional Advice

All training, content, and materials are intended for educational use only. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or health advice. Always consult a licensed professional for specific guidance.

3. Limitation of Liability

CMHCS, its affiliates, and instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from participation in our courses or use of our services. This includes — but is not limited to — injury, property damage, financial loss, or lost certification cards.

4. No Guarantee of Certification or Competency

Completing a course does not guarantee certification or indicate professional competency. It is your responsibility to meet all licensing, credentialing, or job-specific requirements.

5. Changes and Updates

Course content, policies, and website information are subject to change at any time. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all materials will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in a CMHCS program, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

7. Commitment to Respect and Integrity

CMHCS is dedicated to providing a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment. We expect the same from all participants, clients, and partners.


📌 Booking Terms & Conditions

  • No refunds.

  • One reschedule allowed with 48+ hours’ notice and approval. No repeated reschedules.

  • $25 no-show or same-day cancellation fee, even for prepaid classes.

  • Classes begin on time. 5-minute grace period. Late arrivals may be denied entry.

  • Full attendance required for certification. No early dismissal permitted.

  • Instructor may reschedule if needed. Makeup class offered within 2 weeks.

  • Travel outside of service area requires a non-refundable travel fee, paid in advance.

  • Full payment is required to reserve your spot.


👥 Group Bookings (6+ Participants)

  • Group discounts apply for 6 or more participants.

  • Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours prior to class.

  • Booking changes may result in class adjustments or rescheduling.

  • Invoices issued are binding. Payment indicates acceptance of these terms.

Emails that contain personal data will be deleted once processed. We do not store sensitive information.
