Professional Notary Services at Approved Locations

Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions provides professional, appointment-based notary services at approved businesses, public meeting locations, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted-living communities, and correctional facilities. Each appointment is handled with confidentiality, professionalism, and careful attention to Indiana notary requirements. Private-home appointments are not available

Business and Public-Location Notary

Professional notary appointments are available at businesses, offices, community organizations, and mutually agreed-upon public or professional locations.

Hospital and Senior-Care Notary

Compassionate notary appointments are available at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted-living communities. The signer must be willing, sufficiently aware, able to communicate directly, and satisfactorily identified.

Jail and Detention-Facility Notary

Specialized notary appointments may be available for incarcerated signers. All appointments require advance screening, facility approval, satisfactory identification, administrative coordination, and a custom quote. Facility access and successful notarization are not guaranteed.

Notary Fees & Travel

Indiana notarial acts are $10 per signature notarized. Mobile travel, facility access, parking, waiting time, and administrative fees are separate from the notarization fee and are disclosed before booking. A 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is required to reserve the appointment and is applied toward the total balance.

What to Bring

Each signer must be present and willing to sign, have a current, acceptable government-issued photo ID, and bring the complete, unsigned document. Witnesses must be arranged in advance when required. The notary cannot select documents, prepare legal forms, or provide legal advice.
